FIRST SESSION FREE

The first session will include a free initial assessment and a review of your health and exercise history. Debby, a certified personal trainer, will design a personal training program based on your fitness goals and other corrective exercises that might be needed. She will offer insight into your movement patterns and strategies to supplement your personal training. Debby will train you in your home, in her studio or virtually by request.
Debby uses a hybrid of training principles when creating her programs:
Core training
Cardiovascular training
Strength and resistance training
Stabilization and balance training
Postural exercises
Flexibility and stretching techniques
